GRUTA
Gruta es un homenaje al linaje femenino, a las ancestras que nos preceden y a la fuerza colectiva que se transmite a través de sus historias.
Mi mirada se sitúa en los estados que emergen: gestos que aparecen y desaparecen, presencias que se sostienen, cuerpos atravesados por otras vidas.
Aquí, el tiempo no es lineal. El pasado se filtra en el presente y se manifiesta en el cuerpo como memoria encarnada. Cada retrato habita ese umbral donde distintas capas del tiempo conviven, donde lo íntimo y lo ancestral se tocan.
Así, se construye un espacio visual donde la memoria permanece activa, cercana, todavía en curso: un homenaje a lo que nos precede y a la fuerza colectiva que nos sostiene.
Gruta is a tribute to the female lineage—to the ancestors who came before us and the collective strength carried through their stories.
My gaze moves through the states that emerge: gestures that appear and dissolve, presences that linger, bodies shaped by other lives.
Here, time folds. The past filters into the present, taking form in the body as embodied memory. Each portrait inhabits a threshold where layers of time converge, where the intimate meets the ancestral.
A visual space unfolds where memory remains active, close, still in motion—a tribute to what came before us and to the collective force that sustains us.
